All rooms are air conditioned and have en suite bathrooms with rainfall showers. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. Linens, shower and pool towels are provided for you.

Upper ground floor

The main entrance welcomes you into an air-conditioned living room, surrounded by 180-degree windows that frame views of Positano and its gulf. Five steps down lead to a corridor. On the right, the first air-conditioned bedroom features a romantic four-poster double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private terrace with a hot tub overlooking Positano. Further along, the corridor leads to the second air-conditioned bedroom, a flexible double/twin with an ensuite bathroom. Please note that six steps lead down to this room. Adjacent to the corridor, you'll find a massage room, while the indoor lift is conveniently located nearby. All bedrooms in the villa are equipped with rainfall showers and flat-screen TVs for your comfort.

Ground floor

A staircase with 16 steps — or the elevator — connects the upper ground floor to the ground floor, which opens onto a spacious landing. The right wing of this floor is dedicated to dining and relaxing, featuring a fully air-conditioned space with a modern kitchen, an indoor wood-burning pizza oven, and a dining area that seats 12, framed by a wood-burning fireplace. Large glass doors bring in views of Positano and the sea while a cosy sitting nook provides an intimate space to unwind. A guest bathroom is located adjacent to the kitchen. 

The left wing of the ground floor houses three air-conditioned bedrooms. The third air-conditioned bedroom is a flexible double/twin with an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the panoramic terrace. Adjacent to this is the fourth air-conditioned bedroom, another double/twin with an ensuite bathroom and terrace access. The fifth air-conditioned bedroom, located three steps down from the corridor, offers a double/twin configuration with a large window overlooking the scenic surroundings and an ensuite bathroom, though it does not have direct terrace access.

Lower ground floor

A staircase with 21 steps — or the elevator — leads to the lower ground floor, a haven for relaxation and wellness. This floor boasts a state-of-the-art wellness area featuring a 10 x 5m heated private swimming pool, a Turkish bath, and a lounge area designed for ultimate relaxation. A small bathroom services this floor. The sixth and final air-conditioned bedroom is located here, just up four steps, and offers a double/twin configuration with an ensuite bathroom.

Grounds

Fraloga is surrounded by 400 m² of beautifully designed grounds, offering ample space for alfresco living. The panoramic terrace on the ground floor, with breathtaking views over Positano and the sea, features a large sitting area and a shaded dining space for 12. A hot tub with spectacular sea views is located just outside the first bedroom on the first floor, while another charming hot tub, equally inviting, is set on a terrace accessed via 13 steps from the lower ground floor. This terrace is also equipped with sun loungers, creating a secluded retreat for relaxation.

From the lower ground floor of the villa, a private outdoor flight of 34 steps leads from the terrace — where you'll find the outdoor hot tub and loungers — to a small gate that connects to a public pedestrian-only pathway. This joins up with the main paved road used by both walkers and cars, providing a 25-minute walk down to Spiaggia di Positano, Chiesa di Santa Maria Assunta, and Piazza dei Mulini.

There is parking for up to three cars — a rare and highly convenient feature in the Positano area, where parking is notoriously limited.
